My transformation story was Spirit Driven and led me on a journey that connected me to people who I now identify as family, teachers and students from places and experiences that helped transform my life.   I am passionate about promoting Self-Care and teaching girls and women of all ages about Menstruation and Menopause as a spiritual journey of transformation.  This is a topic of awareness for men, women and families.   My service style is intuitive & lifestyle. My coaching style integrates an interdependent blend of Numology & Astrology, Mindfulness Meditation and breathe work with personal affirmation all infused with Reiki and tools for Womb Wellness.  I also offer referrals to other healers and teachers.
