Mama Mut is a dedicated advocate for women's wellness and empowerment, with a rich background in holistic self-care and community support. Raised in a nurturing environment surrounded by strong women, Mut Ra-t's journey of self-discovery and womb wellness began early in life. She deepened her understanding through rites of passage with Queen Afua and ancient practices with the Shrine of Khepera. As a doula, she witnessed firsthand the profound impact of self-care and communal support on women's health. Inspired by the book "Red Tent," Mut Ra-t and her tribe of Wombkeepers created sacred spaces for women to connect, share, and heal through Pink, Red, and Purple Tents. Her mission is to transform homes into Moonlodges, where women and girls are supported by their families as Wombkeepers, fostering a culture of open communication and holistic care. Mut Ra-t is committed to spreading this practice globally through her writings, consultations, and community facilitation.
LoNeka
Facilitator for Community New Moon Events
LoNeka is dedicated to empowering her community through financial education, holistic well-being, and spiritual guidance. As a Medicare and life insurance specialist, she helps families secure their future and build generational wealth, while also providing prepaid legal services and privacy protection.

Her commitment to heart-centered service extends beyond finance. LoNeka supports Mama Mut and the CycleBreaking Wombkeepers Community, and contributes to Moon Ritual Ceremonies that guide women in reconnecting with their power and healing.

In 2025, LoNeka became a Reiki practitioner to further support others on their path to healing and spiritual alignment. She integrates financial well-being with emotional and spiritual wellness, guiding women, particularly those over 50, to protect their assets, shift their mindset, and build lasting legacies.
LoNeka is passionate about eliminating suffering, creating stability, and inspiring others to live a life of confidence and spiritual alignment. Whether through financial education, energetic healing, or transformation, she leads with authenticity, care, and purpose.
Roeeyah Amazing Chamas

Roeeyah L. Amazing Chamas, Wholistic Health Coach and Reiki Master, known affectionately as the "Peace of Mind Consultant," has journeyed from humble beginnings to become a guiding light for holistic healing and personal empowerment. Born into a vegan family yet raised across diverse households in West Africa—including Liberia, Nigeria, and Ghana—she discovered early that true wellness begins in the kitchen. Roeeyah’s passion for transforming simple fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices into delicious, healing meals sparked her lifelong dedication to natural medicine and holistic practices.

Between 2003 and 2005, Roeeyah deepened her knowledge at the House of Life in Dimona, Israel, mastering veganism, food therapy, and natural remedies. Relocating to the U.S. in 2008, she honed her culinary expertise as a grill chef at Soul Vegetarian Restaurant, eventually transitioning into food consulting and private chef roles. Driven by her desire to spend more quality time with her family and share the healing wisdom she'd gathered, Roeeyah became a certified Wholistic Health Coach in 2021 and a Reiki Master in 2023.

In 2024, Roeeyah expanded her commitment to holistic wellness by becoming a licensed life, health, and legal insurance agent. Today, leveraging her extensive life experiences, spiritual insights, and practical expertise, she proudly identifies as a Peace of Mind Consultant. Through her company, Roe’s Gratitude, Roeeyah compassionately guides clients toward discovering their inner strength and healing capabilities, teaching them that while food is medicine, it should always be delicious. Her work empowers individuals to confidently navigate their wellness journeys, achieve clarity, and experience true peace of mind.
